Following the health and safety protocols concerning COVID-19, we are working to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all meeting participants and PIVAC22 staff. Before planning your trip to Italy to attend the meeting, please carefully check the provisions indicated by the Italian Ministry of Health.
Information concerning local COVID-19 regulations will be kept updated in this page. Currently, to access all the facilities (conference room, sponsor and poster exposition areas, lunch and coffee break area) made available by the University of Turin for the PIVAC22 meeting, all participants (including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, PIVAC22 staff members, service providers, and all others) are expected to be able to declare:
Finally, all attendees are encouraged to wear a surgical mask or a mask with a higher level of protection (FFP2) indoors.
If a participant cannot attend the meeting due to quarantine or fiduciary isolation provisions by the health authorities, they can provide proof of their status and consequent impossibility to attend the meeting at info@pivac22.it and change the delegate name for free until September 23, 2022.
The PIVAC-22 staff will ensure that appropriate measures to guarantee social distancing, hand and space sanitization will be taken during the scientific sessions as well as during coffee and lunch breaks.
General code of conduct
The personal badge must be worn for the entire duration of the congress, during the scientific sessions and the coffee and lunch breaks.
All participants are expected to avoid inappropriate behavior throughout the durance of PIVAC-22 meeting, including:
All participants must comply with the instructions provided by the organizers and the PIVAC-22 staff. PIVAC-22 reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in case of inability of a participant to comply to aforementioned provisions or in response to any incident of inappropriate behavior.
