INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Subject: information and request for consent according to art. 13 GDPR 679/2016 and art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196, relating to the protection of personal data.

IKOS s.r.l. with headquarters in Turin Via Legnano n. 26, as data controller, informs you according to art. 13 GDPR 679/2016 and article 13 of the Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196, which:

1) the aforementioned rules provide for a series of obligations for those who process personal data of other subjects (so-called “interested parties”);

2) the processing of your personal data that we are in possession of or that will be requested from you or that will be communicated to us by you or by third parties is and will be carried out in execution of:

• administrative – tax obligations such as invoicing, obligatory accounting and study files records, customer and supplier lists, tax returns, social security, litigation, lists of shareholders, directors and statutory auditors, telephone directories, as well as in the execution of the professional mandate in general;
• contractual obligations (sales and supply relationships, mandates) as well as related amendments and additions;
• e-mail communications relating to the educational activity;
• communications relating to training activities published on the site;
• communications relating to IKOS Srl training courses or linked sites’ promotional activities;

Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third party services used by this Application, unless otherwise specified, has the purpose of identifying the User and recording their preferences for purposes that are strictly related to the provision of the service requested by the User.

3) the processing of your data will take place with automated or manual systems designed to store, manage and transmit the data. This is strictly related to the relationship purpose and based on the data in our possession and with your commitment to promptly notify us of any corrections, additions and /or updates. In addition to the Data Controller categories of employees involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as suppliers of third party technical services, postal couriers) may, in some cases, have access to the Data. When it is necessary to deliver the requested services, hosting providers, IT companies and communication agencies can be appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller. The updated list of Managers can always be requested from the Data Controller.

We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, according to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.

4) for operation and maintenance needs, this Application and any third party services used by it may collect system logs, which are files that record the interactions and which may also contain Personal Data, such as the User IP address.

5) for the purposes referred to in point 2) above, your data may be disclosed:

• to tax consultants
• to the software agency to allow the website hosting services and FAD platform management.
• to subjects who can access your data by virtue of legal provisions or secondary or community regulations, also following inspections or verifications.
• the scope of any data communication will be national; the possibility of disclosing the data to any subjects within the European Union is not envisaged;
• your provision of the aforementioned data is mandatory in relation to the purposes of the processing. 

In case of your refusal to provide the data or to consent to their processing or their communication, the following may arise:

• the impossibility of establishing or continuing the relationship, or of carrying out some operations, if the data are necessary for the execution of the relationship, operation and services;
• the impossibility of carrying out some operations that require the communication of data to subjects functionally connected to the execution of the same;
• failure to communicate the data to subjects who carry out other activities, not functionally related to the execution of the relationship.
• at any time, you can exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR. 2016/679, the right to:
• ask for confirmation of personal data storage and handling;
• obtain information about the data processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
• obtain the rectification and cancellation of data;
• obtain the limitation of data treatment;
• obtain data portability, which means to receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
• withdraw consent to data processing and retention at any time, also in case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
• withdraw consent to an automated decision-making process relating to individuals, including proliferation;
• ask the Data Controller to access personal data and to correct or delete them or limit their processing or to withdraw consent to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
• withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;
